Ordered an A12s phone as was listed as better and faster than the standard A12. Phjne arrived no problem, packed ok. Turned it on and wrnt through to the About phone section to check and fund its an A12 only! Double checkrd size and weught specs and definately not what i ordered. No way to contact seller to ask for refund or somehow come to a deal and only opton is to return by your 2nd class mail!!!
