Excellent service. Order was delivered two days earlier than estimate. Packaging - pre used but purpose built good protection. Machine - excellent condition. No sign of any pre use. Keyboard - showed the only sign of pre ownership by slight surface polishing of the more commonly used keys Performance - As expected - Fast! Thank you. The only problem is with one of my email addresses. It has been blocked with a message saying that I could unlock it in Preferences but that would make my password funerable to hacking. Have not found a solution to this problem. Other than that I am delighted.
