Thank you for this gas cooker, it's really top of the range. I recommend this very serious seller.

Order received on time. However, the order tracking did not work from the backmarket site and was initially not in accordance with the delivery status.

Super produit comme neuf vraiment, cela faisait plusieurs mois que je cherchai une gaziniere tout gaz et je l’ai trouvé chez Back Market. En plus des téléphones maintenant j’achèterai une partie de mon électroménager.

On delivery, the cooker was only wrapped on a pallet... Therefore, little protection against shocks. Product announced with on BackMarket in "perfect condition which is very far from the account! The seller calls me before the shipment to warn me that the product has a "small problem" without being more clear than that. I ask him for pictures to see. The pictures are full of reflections which does not allow me to see well. In addition to the "small problem", I noticed on delivery several shocks on the cooker that were not taken in picture by the seller... I should have been suspicious and refused the product but I wanted to fix it. I say bye bye to BackMarket and to reconditioned products. Too risky a purchase!

Excellente cuisinière. Au départ j'ai commandé sur le site web de Conforama une cuisinière de marque Fagor neuve, ils ne m'ont pas livré le bon modèle et le SAV a été nul à c***r. J'ai demandé à être remboursé. J'ai trouvé cette cuisinière Bosch moins chère et bien plus performante. En plus le service client de White Outlet Factory et Back Market ont été à l'écoute et vraiment efficace.

Très satisfaite de mon achat, produit de qualité en très bon état. Je recommande cette cuisinière vraiment facile d'utilisation et d'excellente qualité Petit bémol aucun câble pour le branchement électrique qui est à faire faire par un professionnel ce qui engendre des frais supplémentaires mais sécurisant s'il y a un problème, je regrette que l'on ne m'ai pas proposé (comme je l'ai demandé par message et je n'ai pas eu de réponse sur ce point) une liste de professionnels pour l'installation, c'est pas si simple à trouver.

Cuisinière de très bonne qualité, esthétique parfaite, nombreuses fonctionnalités et simple d'utilisation. Un peu chère mais la qualité a un prix ! Livrée dans ma cuisine avec reprise de l'ancien appareil. Parfait, je recommande ! Encore une fois, je ne suis pas déçu de BackMarket : on peut toujours faire des économies tout en achetant des produits de qualité :-)
