On delivery, the cooker was only wrapped on a pallet... Therefore, little protection against shocks. Product announced with on BackMarket in "perfect condition which is very far from the account! The seller calls me before the shipment to warn me that the product has a "small problem" without being more clear than that. I ask him for pictures to see. The pictures are full of reflections which does not allow me to see well. In addition to the "small problem", I noticed on delivery several shocks on the cooker that were not taken in picture by the seller... I should have been suspicious and refused the product but I wanted to fix it. I say bye bye to BackMarket and to reconditioned products. Too risky a purchase!
