    Had to return the laptop because it was dirty and beat up, absolutely not in excellent condition. Had an incompatible charger in box that was also dirty. I'd find it hard to believe that any level of refurbishment had taken place at all because the battery seemed extremely degraded, 20/30% battery lost whist I merely had it open to take pictures of it. So I'd doubt it had a minimum of 80% battery health either.

    Item received when they said it would and it was packaged nicely. The item's condition was described as: 'In very good condition'. However the one I received has scratches on the lid (it's rubberised so it's deep scratches). There is a clean rectangle scar on the palm rest due to an asset tag being taken off and the clean plastic left behind. The trackpoint mouse (in the middle of the keyboard) was missing its rubber cap so unusable and a replacement had to be bought. I would rate this machine as 'good' condition and not 'very good condition'.

    Absolutely terrible service, ordered 2 ipads and when they arrived they didn't have the plugs which it states they do on the listing. I contacted support and they apologised and asked the seller to send me the 2 plugs… 3 days later i received a singular WIRE from the seller, clearly trying to pull a fast one. I contacted back market again and they said i had to pay for the return postage on the wire i didn't ask for and only then would they send me the plugs, still no solutions and have gone 2 days without a reply from them. Will never use this seller or back market again.
