    Terrible! Laptop sent was a completely different colour and condition to the one ordered - covered in scratches, marks and had not even been cleaned! Obviously, the full product checking refurbishment process described on the site is pure fantasy. Back Market then refused to collect the laptop, so had to travel 35 miles to send it back myself; asked for refund, only to learn that another had been sent out against my wishes. Back Market refused to halt the delivery process (easily done), so had to wait in for another delivery and send it back again, with a further delay before finally receiving a refund. Horrendous waste of time and effort. I then made it clear that I would not be making a further order, having completely lost confidence in the 'refurbishment' process. So, just to add insult to injury, as compensation for having to waste time and money rectifying the issues, Back Market offered a 5% discount on a future order that I'd just made clear I wouldn't be making! Wow. Not a good experience - which I obviously won't be repeating!

    A really great laptop for a good price. It barely has any scratches or dents from use as described, but did have a cracked corner on its left side top near the HDMI cable input showing umpact damge from where it likely was bashed or dropped. Otherwise its all good and I was up and running in next to no time.

    Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the computer, and the speed of delivery based on a previous experience with another seller, and the reviews for this specific item and seller. The laptop is in my opinion really good condition. I bought "good" condition, and i definitely think it is appropriate. It has a super slight wear mark on the front lid, but everything is in good shape, clean and functions. The specs were all what I ordered, the charger works and charges laptop. I think the battery might be a little drained, but it still holds for a fair few hours without being charged. I'm really happy with my purchase, glad it worked out for me and will be looking at this seller for future purchases if I'm back on the market!
