    Everything went great, got the laptop delivered within 48 hours of ordering, was described as 'excellent', it was probably somewhere between good and excellent in that there were a few scratches, a minor dent, the rubber feet had rubbed off quite a bit, but overall the machine still looks great, was clearly cleaned thoroughly, everything works great, very happy with value for the price

    The laptop's great, no complaints. One of the reasons I bought a refurbished laptop was to try to be a little bit more environmentally friendly, I was therefore disappointed to find the laptop came packaged in plastic which is difficult to re-use (unless sending another laptop). I'd strongly encourage the use of card and paper packing.

    I feel like I can be arrested with the old laptop no any form of papers that its changed hands . The laptop doesn't look like its been refurbished with cracks and old ,not very good condition, but my main issue is no ownership documents

    Very disappointed. The advertised picture was completely different then the product I have received. Instead of silver it was dark grey, on the picture it had a dvd player, but the laptop I received didn’t. Also I chose a good quality, but it was a terrible quality, the keyboard was faded very badly. This was my first and last time buying from Back Market. I suggest buy new and spare yourself from disappointment. Even buying second hand from CEX is better.
