    I should start with saying the actual Backmarket team have been really helpful and great the whole time. However this is the second time the individual selling company have been a let down. They sent me a phone of really bad quality covered in scratches on both the screen and all of the sides, when I purchased a higher quality of phone that was suppose to have a flawless screen and minimal body flaws. I wanted to exchange to a higher quality meeting the standard as advertised and paid for and instead had to wait a week for no communication from them. With a message to the back market team they quickly responded and sorted out a full refund for me saying they too had no reply from the company. But a waste of time and the individual companies need to be held to better accountability.

    Just trust me, buy more refurbished. I never expected such good quality from a refurbished phone. I bought in "excellent" condition, and the device also turned out to be an "excellent" one. I got the phone with 88% battery health. And the delivery was swift, came within 36 hours (1.5 days). Not gonna lie, there were few very minor scratches, but who CARES?? The scratches aren't even visible from a meter away. Also one thing that dissapointed me was that it came without a charger for some reason, but it's alright, I already had one. Conclusion: It was a 5/5. Dont think anymore, just buy whatever it is what you were gonna buy. You will be satisfied.
