    Thanks so much, my refurbished iPad Air 4 arrived on schedule. I ordered a 'fair' condition model for the low price. It came with a couple of tiny spots of gluey residue on the screen and case - easily removed - and two very light scratches on the screen and rear cover. A protective case and the very clever "Paperlike" screen protector make it look like new. Great job, thank you.

    Bought an iPhone XS Max. The phone function had an intermittent fault. Sometimes it worked ok; sometimes it the sound did not work at all. So very unreliable. Tried to contact BackMarket but was not able to. Emails bounced and using the website just gave an 'Ooops! We broke something.." message. After a few months, I decided to buy a replacement (condition described as 'excellent'). This arrived today. Would not switch on. Turned out the charging port was clogged up. Not so excellent then. I have cleaned it out as much as I can, and am waiting for it to charge. But I am not hopeful that nothing else will go wrong.

    excellent quality of the iPad air 5th generation. Picked up from a drop off point no issues. in working order. My only issue would be the charger cable that came with the iPad air. It didn't work so I had to buy a charger from another website which cost me £16. All in all I would recommend any friends to use back market.
