    Initially very disappointing as I paid an initial small fee for delivery within two days however within ten minutes of placing the order I was informed by text that it would be delivered in six or seven days. All my messages to Back Market about my dissatisfaction with this arrangement were ignored. So my advice to prospective buyers is not to pay an additional fee for a quick delivery because it is clearly a very loose promise

    I bought the iPhone 12 for my stepson ready for starting secondary school in September. Buying from Back Market was easy and the delivery was very quick indeed. The description of condition was accurate (I bought the 'Excellent' grade and it looks and functions like new. The smile on his face well expressed his delight. The screen protector supplied was unfortunately for an iPhone 14. It seemed too small and then I noticed on the package that it was designed for the different model and as for the case I'm not sure but I know that my wife has obtained a different black case for him. Hence the four stars - otherewise it would definitely be a five star rating. Apart from the apparent mishap with at least one of the accessories all parties are extremely pleased with the purchase and the service. Would recommend Back Market and purchase again when necessary.

    The phone arrived the very next day, and that's unusual for the High Highlands of Scotland, the advert said the phone was in fair condition, there were actually a couple of minor scratches on the back of the case.

    Very pleased, admittedly it’s the same as my old one, but I was very happy with that one too! Only suggestion is that it’s also the same as many other peoples phones. Maybe supply some jaunty stickers for the back to make it more identifiable. I use my Ducati club badge but you could provide a range of OEM stickers or supplier advertising opportunities?
