    The phone is like new, I am very pleased with it. This is my second purchase from Back market, I was very pleased with the first phone I bought from you, unfortunately it ended up in the washing machine so needed a replacement quickly. It arrived next day. The only thing was that the cable that came with it will not fit into any usb socket but I have the old one which works perfectly.

    Perfect. Great device. My iPhone seemingly came in its original state, seemingly without any repairs or unoriginal parts used too, so that’s great as that’s what I was hoping for. It was an excellent condition device and seemingly no repairs therefore was needed to be made here. Except that it was 86% battery health, from it previously used from the original owner, but kept in excellent condition. This is a great buy and for the price too. Fast delivery. Very easy to shop on back market. Glad I was able to find the device I was looking for, at an affordable, cost effective price.

    Ordering & delivery were excellent. The phone operates perfectly however; it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly. We cleared dirt from the earpiece, cable sockets etc they were filthy. It does raise the question was the phone “refurbished” as claimed. As I said it’s working well but we didn’t expect to have to cleanse fully before using it.
