    I am very disappointed in this iphone xr. I was strongly recommended to purchase it for an elderly relative as it was described as intuitive to use! It is certainly not intuitive to use, I had much difficulty with it, so my relative would certainly not be able to use it. Further Apple support is apparently to cease for this model some time this year. I paid extra for a new battery, not realising it would not be an Apple battery. Even trying to reset the phone to return it and claim a refund is problematic.

    Battery life is great I definitely advice to get the new battery that’s 100%. I got the phone in I got the phone in good condition and I think it came fair instead of good they were way more scratches than I thought especially on the edge of the screen even the back camera had like a couple scratches, I was a little bit disappointed on the end because there was way more scratches than I thought that be but other than that it was a really good phone.

    I bought the Apple Watch (Series SE) 2020 GPS 40 for my girlfriend and received it in two days. It's the "Excellent" condition, therefore it looks new. Battery health is 96% though. For £20 you get a reconditioned Apple Watch SE, with a new battery (100% battery health). The battery was empty when delivered, so we needed to charge the device, in order to set it up. The provided charger is very slow, so I've bought an Apple charging cable for the watch (I already had the USB C 20 W charger). All is good and we are happy with the watch. The battery is small though and the unit needs to be charged daily.

    Loving my new phone. This is my third purchase from Backmarket. It’s been really positive every time, so I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I wouldn’t buy a phone or tablet new when refurbished is such great value and more than enough for my needs. My iphone SE was struggling a bit as it didn’t have much memory, and even though I loved the neat size, the keyboard was hard to use, so I read around and went for an iphone 12 with lots of memory. I opted for good condition, and I’d say the description was spot on. Just a few tiny scuffs around the camera, and one on the side that is covered by the case anyway. Delighted with the service and the speed of delivery again. I’m sure I’ll be back.

    Very tired casing - very obviously used, so 'good' condition statement quite a bit of a stretch, given the entire frame of the phone full of white scuff marks. Battery 'not from an approved vendor' so alerts visible in my phone. JUST good enough for me not to return, but I wouldn't rush buying from this vendor again.
