    I bought this iPhone 13 Pro in “Good” condition, but it actually turned up looking pretty much perfect. The screen’s spotless, no issues with the camera, and the only flaw is this tiny mark on the corner which you don’t even notice once there’s a case on it. The only downside is the Face ID, which doesn’t really work properly. Most of the time it just won’t recognise me, so it’s best to switch off “Find My iPhone”, otherwise you might end up having to reset the whole thing like I did. I chose the “new battery” option, and as they warned, it does show that message (see photo). Overall, for £370 it’s a solid phone honestly described and I’m genuinely happy with it.

    I ordered an IPhone 13 on 5/08/25 and it arrived the following day. I was debating whether I should order “Good Condition with average battery” or “Fair Condition and New Battery” I had a budget and decided to go for Fair and New, as battery life was a higher priority. I am very impressed on how quick it arrived and also the condition of it. I expected it to have scratches and thought it’s going to have a cover on it anyway, so it doesn’t matter too much. My partner has used Back Market before and recommended it to me, I will definitely use them again.
