    Felt a bit duped by by the fact that, having paid extra for a 'new' battery, it wasn't a genuine Apple product. A 'fair' condition device which arrived in excellent condition on the main chassis and a few tiny scratches on the screen.

    I bought my first refurbished iPhone about 1.5 years ago, it was a fair conditioned one but it turn up to be very good. This is my second refurbished iPhone, it is a fair conditioned one but it turns up to be pretty bad. While the outlook is not important when used with a case, the battery is not very good too. I ordered a new battery but I have to charge the phone twice everyday.

    So far the phone's been really great -I had an iphone 5 before so it literally feels like it's from the future. Back market all went really well -liked the option to get a new battery (as that was basically the reason i needed a new phone because my old one had no battery life) -Initially I wanted to get in 'excellent condition' rather than 'good' just to be cautious -but they didn't have the one i wanted in excellent and I have to say if you're worry about getting it in just good condition don't be! I can't even tell the phone isn't brand new so I'm really impressed with 'good' condition. 10/10!

    Exactly as described, the only slight bit of criticism is that the SIM card pin thing (to eject the SIM card tray) was loose in the box and had made its way onto the phone. So when I opened the box, there it was sitting on the screen of the phone. But all still looked great and as described. All in all very happy with everything

    Although the conditions of the iPad is exactly as advertised, when charging, it keeps switching to not charging so I had to keep removing the cable and reinsert it. However the last time I did this, the end of the cable came away from the cable and was left in the charging port. I’ve now had to order a new cable from apple at a cost of £20. A little bit annoying but this did fix the not charging issue.
