So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 as a replacement for my phone that was recently stolen. The iPhone 13 was great value and arrived in excellent condition - not a scratch and with 96% battery health! So far so good and really enjoying using it. Great value and so much better for the environment. The battery isn’t as good as my old ‘work’ iPhone 13. But it lasts all day (so not a huge problem). Apart from that it’s faultless. Great communication from Back Market. I bought this refurbished iPhone 13, fair condition for a good price. There is only one scratch on the screen and the sides of the phone are a little worn down but not much of an issue. It came with 92% battery health and this is a much needed upgrade from my old huawei phone. I’m very happy with the overall hardware(camera, design and overall feel).
