    Waited almost 2 weeks past the expected delivery date only to be sent a bubble wrap envelope with a small brown envelope inside. Reported to back market I had be scammed, they helped get my money back, over £1500 for a MacBook, but did not reassure me that the seller “TRADINGASBLUEOCEAN LTD” had been removed from their marketplace, nor could give me any insight as to how my order got listed in the first place if there was nothing to send. Furthermore, the “refurbisher” was said to be uk based but my scam package was sent from USA, other reviews have said their products were sent from warehouses in China, etc. Grateful to have received all the money back but really surprised at the lack of care put into screening sellers on backmarket and surprised this scam happened and they weren’t shocked by it - clearly happens more often than one might think. Still unaware if the refurbisher has been removed from the platform, was offered a 5% discount code, expiring in 30 days of course, after pushing for some form of compensation for the time wasted as I was relying on the MacBook for work. Overall glad I got my money back quickly but has left me distrustful and unsatisfied with the experience of the platform.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could. Back Market are really unprofessional. My phone never got delivered and the seller requested it to be returned. So I never even saw the phone. I asked for a refund, because it's a lot of money, I spoke tot three/four separate people at back market. Then finally got my refund and no compensation for their lack of professionalism.
