    The new phone arrived quickly and was as described if not better than expected , with battery still 100%. The trade in service was great too and went smoothly . Would recommend and buy again/trade in from Back Market. (Photos are after using phone a few weeks with a screen saver on it )

    Best decision ever! This is the first time that I bought a refurbished phone so I was a bit sceptical and did not know what to expect. But this turned out to be the best decision ever. Just like the description stated, there was no sign of use and it literally looks brand new. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and so far I have no complaints.

    First time buying reconditioned so was very apprehensive.Phone arrived quickly, graded as good but have to say I struggled to find any marks on it. Body was pristine & only one tiny pin prick size mark on the screen. Extremely happy as it looks & works like new! Won't be wasting money on new again & once I'm ready for another upgrade I will definitely return to back market.

    Great condition, SE phone much better for my smaller hands and easy to pocket. Having been on an 'awful' Android journey over the last two years it was like coming home to a well made device with logical and intuitive actions. The only tricky thing is the touch ID which seems to work once or twice then doesn't which means you are locked out of Apple Pay etc. Other people also have said they have this problem too!
