Ordered excellent condition. The MacBook had a loose screw or something inside and rattled. The keyboard and screen was also covered in grease and the back was scuffed. It took a total of 7 days to hear that they couldn’t repair or replace it, after sending it back to the seller. After all that i am told i will recieve a partial refund due to shipping costs. Bad experience.

It had a dried up tomato stain on the back. Scratches on the corners. The keys were worn and had dirt around them. I have sent it back to receive another one which I hope will be better.
