New Galaxy is perfect, I'm not great with the switching stuff especially with all the wallet swap over, so that took a it of time, but that was definitely user-error! I don't think that this is the device that I ordered & paid for. The phone was described as green. the one that i received is black. However it seems to be the same model & specification. I do not think that the device has been fully reconditioned. When attached to the charging cable it has not always started charging & needs to be re-attached to get it to work. I have had this on previous phones & it is indicative of a dirty charging port.. Secondly on looking in my photo gallery I have found documents that I have not received or created. I have already transferred my data from my old phone, so I an reluctant to return it & demand a refund. If ido use bacmarket in the future I will be less trusting & have the device checked out befoe accepting it.

Phone arrived in a postage bag, no box just a slither of bubble wrap. Upon opening the charger was missing, the phone itself was really dirty, I dont think any attempt of a refurbishment was made on the item as it wasn't in the "good" condition it was described. The screen was heavily used with a very obvious crease in the middle, I have now sourced a newer version of this phone in immaculate condition for £50 cheaper, back market themselves were helpful in getting this sorted so the one star is for them and not the seller. Unfortunately this has put me off buying refurbished again
