    device arrived with a laptop specific charger, 14% battery. charger wouldn't work unless held in a certain way and even then didn't work all the time. looked up spec and allows usb c charging. had one of those and charged fine. seller sent a usb c replacement. Main charger port is likely the issue rather than the charger.

    It was mentioned about the scratches/ dents on the body of the item. However it has a missing button on the keyboard, the middle one to control the mouse. Also, with the use I’ve noticed that it can be slow at sometimes, for example when trying to click on a link to open it or when trying to restart it.

    Firstly the laptop was not delivered to my flat, instead I had to go to the post office and pay an extra £5.20 to retrieve it (these hidden transport cost were unknown to me). Secondly, there was a virus on the laptop, which I had to get my IT department to take off before I could use it. Not very happy with the service I received.
