    device arrived with a laptop specific charger, 14% battery. charger wouldn't work unless held in a certain way and even then didn't work all the time. looked up spec and allows usb c charging. had one of those and charged fine. seller sent a usb c replacement. Main charger port is likely the issue rather than the charger.

    After reading all the reviews and being a bit of a recycle warrior, I was inclined and happy to try out a second hand laptop. Lots of reviewers of "good condition" mentioned "hardly a mark on it" or similar. I can't help but feel a little disappointed with my purchase. Let's just say I'm glad I didn't go for a "satisfactory" as I dread to think what condition it would be in. There was food and gunk stuck in the keyboard, a funny smell when the laptop is on, lots of chips and marks and even a mark across the screen! I wish I'd just bought a new one as I have full buyers remorse!
