    Bought a Surface Laptop 4 for my wife's business as I wanted her to have a premium Windows laptop but didn't want her to pay premium prices. I explained to her that it would be used so suggested I would use it if she wasn't happy. When the device was delivered a day early, I was keen to see how many blemishes the 'Excellent' condition device would have. NONE! If it weren't for the packaging, I would not have thought it was a used device. No marks, no blemishes, everything worked and the experience was like unboxing a new device. Very happy wife, so I am happy. Would have no hesitation in using Back Market again and always have their guarantee in place if I did.

    Really pleased with this laptop. Great keyboard, and was fairly straightforward to set up. Beautiful condition too and great battery life. it looked absolutely brand new. My only complaint is that the @ key is actually for ", and vice versa. It's not a big issue though. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it so far, and with the price I paid for it.

    The workstation is good, looks brand new amazing design. To be honest I will buy again from back market if I need something similar or even better. Though it came with windows 11, I had to install some drivers because it wasn’t waking up when in sleep mode. After downloading and installing the drivers everything was back to normal.
