    Sadly, having ordered on 19th December it spent 10 days travelling around Kent & Sussex and was returned to sender on 30th December. Reported by Royal Mail as incorrectly addressed 'no house name, just a road and postcode. It went through 4 sorting offices wity daily updates of it's journey. As of 4th January 2026 I'm waiting for a refund before I can purchase another device.

    The item arrived in good condition and on time. However, to get the Excellent Condition version cost £275 plus an additional amount for Quality Assurance. An absolutely new version was On Sale in Curry’s for a total price of £242. I tried to cancel, but it had already been dispatched. Not a good reflection on your company to deceive in this way.!
