    Device fine, but was woefully under-protected during shipping - large box, iPad rattling round in a bubble-wrap bag, I was amazed it hadn't been damaged. Underwhelming compared to our previous orders from BackMarket.

    I was very happy with condition of the ipad and the speed of the delivery. Sadly it was obvious that there was a problem with it, it wouldn't start up or it would keep switching itself of. I returned it and am now waiting for a replacement, hopefully it will not be to long.

    I bought this iPad in excellent condition and they sent me a good/fair replacement, which is very stressful because I saw several comments here from people buying iPads in poor condition and receiving excellent ones. I contacted them and they only wanted to refund me £10, which was even more stressful. I accepted this agreement because I didn't want to risk returning the product and them not refunding my money, OR returning the product and receiving the wrong product, or the product getting lost in transit, which is what I saw many people commenting on as well. It was my first purchase on the site and after all this, I absolutely do not recommend it!!!

    Purchased an iPad Air with Excellent condition to receive Fair one (really tired one). Instantly I got a refund offer so I can be dealt with but I didn't fell for it (there should be significant difference between Fair and Excellent and I feel this is a cheap trick to get rid of more really tired iPads). So I've sent it back, appreciate the time around Xmas so it will take longer to be received and once that has been completed I got instant refund! Zero communication, zero offers of exchange, straight into my Klarna account. When returned to the website I could see the same tablet now priced at £40+ more hence this cheeky tactic. I've complained, cause due to no my own fault I'm not being stripped from being able to purchase tablet at the original price (Black Friday promo). As a "good will gesture" I got 5% discount - I shared that very news with all my friends and family as this gesture was beyond my expectations... Having that said I have gone to competition and got exactly same iPad in Excellent condition cheaper than I originally purchased with discount. I believe everything happens for a reason therefore I'm thankful for this mixup, I've saved myself few £ and I will definitely stay away from Back Market forever. I appreciate it's a hit and miss and many people land it first time but suggested customer service resolutions are just not up to scratch so I won't be wasting my time.
