    I wasn’t sure about using BackMarket as I’d heard conflicting reports, but I needn’t have worried. I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with my purchase of a Premium refurbished iPhone 13 Mini with 256 GB. It arrived like new, no marks or scratches and with the new battery that I bought to accompany it. The price was superb and I’ve done something good for the planet too.     Refurbished Galaxy S24+ arrived quickly and was in excellent condition as sold. I traded in my old S10 which I believe was a good offer. If I hadn't done this it probably would have just sat in a drawer for years so it is great that Back Market give you this opportunitu. Wpuld definitely purchase again in the future.

    lovely experience with back market! I bought my previous phone from a pretty huge phone manufacturer and had an awful experience so I came here for my new phone. First phone I received had a couple issues from the refurbisher but back market sorted everything for me. Messaged me back in just a couple hours, on a SUNDAY! Found a cheaper option while the return was taking place so BM just gave me a refund and a lovely voucher to use against the new phone since the first one wasn't to my liking. Honestly a really great experience and a breath of fresh air.
