lovely experience with back market! I bought my previous phone from a pretty huge phone manufacturer and had an awful experience so I came here for my new phone. First phone I received had a couple issues from the refurbisher but back market sorted everything for me. Messaged me back in just a couple hours, on a SUNDAY! Found a cheaper option while the return was taking place so BM just gave me a refund and a lovely voucher to use against the new phone since the first one wasn't to my liking. Honestly a really great experience and a breath of fresh air.

I'm very pleased with my phone. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the refurbishment. Even on close examination, it looks like a brand new product! I've had the phone for a few weeks now & the battery life appears to be really good between charges.
