    A qualified okay. The device seems fine and in the condition described. However, I had a lot of issues shifting my apps and data across from my old phone and it has delayed my trade in. It took two factory resets and several days to sort everything out (with the help of techie expert nephew!). Some of my contacts are still missing. Not sure if this was anything to do with the device itself or the model but whatever, it would be helpful if each device pack could include a more visible note of your helpline - I didn’t find this until later on. This is my first time using Back Market - like the tech recycling concept - and I would like to be able to use it again in the future.
