    Arrived yesterday looks brand new I went for excellent . Once you power up it’s instantly comes on , it’s going to take me time to get use to phone as I’ve come from apple . Feel of phone is great response is great also but I’m finding when typing it’s not so responsive have to press letters more then once . I’ve not tested camera out yet but will do today and update my review . camra is good but battery only at 80% I understand it's pre-owned so can't complain to much . I will more then like go back to apple but let's see !

    Delivered 4 days after order. DPD delivered two days earlier than originally informed, so very pleased with that. Very good secure packaging. The phone was as described 'excellent' condition, I cannot see any evidence of previous ownership. It worked straight away with a full battery, also pleased to note upgraded to Android 16 which I wasn't expecting. Transferring 'stuff' from my old phone was straight forward. I've been using it for a week now and very pleased with it, much faster and brighter than I had been used to with my old phone which I had had for about 5 years. It's got a lot more options than I am likely to use but nice to know they are there if I want to use them. I became aware of backmarket from my son and daughter in law who are existing customers, they recommended you when I was discussing changing my phone a few weeks ago. I am glad they did and will certainly recommend you based on my experience.

    This is the first time I had used Back Market or bought a reconditioned item on the net. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The item came within the time widow promised and in good condition. The item itself was as ordered described, excellent condition although the home button took a little getting used to, needing a different pressure to my previous i phone - perhaps the previous owner was a little heavy handed.

    Initially Royal Mail did not deliver when they said they would which meant staying home for a day. They don’t give specific times either so there is a 4 hour window between 11.15-3.30 they didn’t even leave card to say they had visited either. I wasn’t prepared to stay in the next day due to work so I ended up going to their depot to collect my phone which was a bit frustrating. I wish backmarket could use another delivery option as RM are so rigid. There was a problem to begin with, as the SIM card tray was damaged so I couldn’t access a network. I ended up going to another town to replace my old SIM card as I was told I needed a new sim. It turns out I didn’t need one- again frustrating. Since then back market have sent a new tray. Customer care was excellent, took time to explain and reassure me when I was a little stressed. Despite these issues The iphone is brilliant, it works well and I’m happy with it. I would always use back market. It’s in pristine condition and don’t have any problems. Just some minor frustrations but no big deal

    Hi the phone was fine but the charging cable was faulty and nearly caused a fire. The first time I plugged the cable in to charge the phone I noticed that it was was not registering as charging so I checked the connection into the phone to see if it was pushed in correctly, to my amazement the connector was extremely hot so I pulled the cable out immediately. On checking the cable I found the large usb connector on the charger end was not connected & all the wires were only pushed in and not soldered. It would be wise for your company to do a quality check on all your cables as there seems to be a quality control issue here in manufacturing. John Coppock ps. The phone is working perfect & charging now I've purchase a new cable.
