    The device I have been sent is great, really lives up to the "excellent" I think they may have undersold themselves on that! I've previously bought used from my phone provider and it didn't go well, but back market has restored my faith! - However I would have preferred slightly more packing, but the item was not damaged thus was sufficient.

    Delivery was super quick, Phone came with 98% battery. The only reason it lost a star was that the phone came with a big white sticker at the back of the phone. Hard to take off and the phone now has glue marks on the back that won't come off. Luckily I have put it in a protective case. however that was definitely a point of frustration for me.

    It is between a 4 and a 5 so 4.5 stars. Not sure if it's me or if it's the phone but when doing Whatsapp voice notes it keeps bringing up this weird fault note but do it a few times it works. but that's pretty much my only fault after about 2 weeks with it. the camera is amazing I was using the pixel 6 so my thoughts are based on that. but amazing and my partner who has the iPhone 14 (I think) said the camera on mine is better. so that was good to hear. great phone and glad I went for a pro model. the battery is so much better than my previous as well.

It was relatively easy to transfer contents of previous phone but I had to call for help in setting it up as its systems are so different from previous experience.
