    Ordered a blue phone and I received a white one. Contacted you and after I had answered all your questions you admitted I had a white phone and offered me a refund or £50 off. Because I had set it up I kept the phone. I sent you a question about when I would receive the money was told I had record the right phone a blue one and so no refund. Sorry I am not colour blind and do know the difference between blue and white and even had the brains to hold it against white and blue and guess what it is white. One unhappy customer.
