    item rated excellent was in bad condition with the back pannel not fully attached and low quality finishing due to refurbishment. Also the battery had no good stats as it was draining faster than an original even if was in Normal health (100%)

    The delivery was not as expected. Royal Mail are utterly useless. No o e should use Royal Mail when there are so many highly competitive other alternatives. When I took the laptop out of the packaging, a screw fell out from the underside. I noticed that the whole back was loose and discovered it was not screwed in properly. Surely you'd have a final step in quality assurance process to check everything. Had anyone checked, they would have spotted the issue instantly. Having said that we've always had Dell machines and the last three have been from Back market and have always been extremely ellenr. This device has the potential of being excellent but let down by the initial experience. I'm still trying to find the set of tools I need to tighten up the casing on this. Getting a potentially decent Dell laptop with genuine Windows 11 at this price represents a very good deal.

    Obviously not checked before dispatch as the battery lasted 30 minutes from 100% charge. Delivered late. Would not send a new battery. I sent the laptop back and received a full refund (only after complaining refund not received on due date). Will not use this company again.

    Disappointing Product – Great Customer Service from Back Market I recently purchased a laptop from this seller and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the experience overall. The laptop arrived in a completely broken state, with the screen coming off and mismatched parts. The motherboard was older than the screen, clearly indicating that the seller used incompatible components to assemble the machine. That said, I do want to commend Back Market for stepping in and ensuring I was fully refunded. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and took care of the situation quickly, which I greatly appreciate. While I had a negative experience with the seller, I’m grateful that Back Market made the refund process smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this seller based on my experience, but I’m glad Back Market provided the necessary support to resolve the issue.
