    The device is fine but the power cable broke a day after it arrived. I had to buy a new one. I'm not a fan of Dell, it makes too much noise and is a bit slower than my previous laptop, but this model was good value.

    The packaging could have been slightly more secure as the monitor was loose when it arrived, however, it is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The delivery was quick, the price reasonable and the comms excellent - HIGHLY RECOMMEND both the monitor and Back Market itself.

    Condition generally was good but was advertised as being WIFI enabled. this would suggest a built in WiFi network card in the unit, not a USB dongle stuck in the back. Wifi connection is unstable and randomly drops. An unusual low point in the normally excellent Back Market experience sadly

    It was shipped with a very dated wifi usb connector which doesn't connect to my virgin media Hub 5. Ive ended up having to order a new usb wifi connector from Amazon. Its for my daughters birthday in Sunday and was disappointing that she was unable to use it. Will test again tomorrow once it arrives from Amazon

    Bought this HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Mini expecting the advertised Intel Core i5-8500 processor, but received an Intel Core i5-8500T instead. These are NOT the same CPUs. The T-version is a lower-power and lower-performance variant. The listing clearly advertised: “HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Mini Core i5-8500 3 - SSD 256 GB - 16GB” But the actual device delivered had: Intel Core i5-8500T @ 2.10GHz Initially, customer support acknowledged the mismatch and even offered compensation. Later, after speaking with the seller, the story completely changed and they started claiming this was the “correct configuration.” Very contradictory and frustrating experience. The packaging was also poor. The parcel arrived in eBay-branded packaging instead of Back Market packaging, and the box had visible holes/damage where the contents could easily be accessed. I provided screenshots, system proof, and unboxing video evidence, but the process became exhausting with inconsistent responses and shifting explanations. The PC itself works fine for basic development and office tasks, but buyers should be VERY careful and double-check the exact processor model they receive because the advertised specification may not match the actual hardware delivered. First experience with Back Market and unfortunately not a trustworthy one.
