Not a good experience, To start the condition wasn’t really excellent as there is clear signs of scratched paint on the phone, but that’s the least of the problems. Item is black listed, causing a major inconvenience for me as I need a new phone and instead I have been trying to sort out this problem for 4 days and now I have to go out of my way to send it back, also spent £20 on case and protective covers to use and now I have to replace the phone, forcing me to now buy a iPhone 16 to be able to use these products. Also I looked to buy a new one and it’s increased in price by £50 so now I’ve basically just lost £70, wasted my time, wasted my energy as I have more important things to worry about, the last thing I wanted to do was lose money and take my energy on this rather than schoolwork
