    The laptop was faulty and clearly hadn't been checked by anyone. The fan was constantly running and it was getting very hot. The fan was also making a clicking noise. When I opened up the back it was absolutely caked in dust and the fans were clogged up. I was really shocked that no one had actually properly checked it and refurbished it.

    Great device when it eventually turned up. DPD made one delivery attempt then lied and said we couldn't give code and returned it to seller (who, BTW, is revealed to not be Back Market - they're an intermediary). As a result I asked for a refund and was told it would be 6days+ - and then out of the blue someone tried to redeliver the item and I was home. So ultimately I have a good laptop for a good price but the process was infuriating.
