    Do not buy any thing from this company, run away otherwise you will be scammed , are not professional, customer service is I big unqualified people they just wasting your time and money, go and buy new items to get the quality , warranty Ann’s get the right customers service, I got a MacBook 16 pro 2023 Christmas gift to my son 10 years old, 1 problem they change the original order for a different item, 2 I paid £15 extra to get this delivered in 48 hours, never happened was delivered after 11 days since a place the order, 3 after we setup the MacBook they start having problems ( wrong battery charge, not charging, the image start blocking, don't want to restart or turn off, ecc….) paid £1600 fir this item to get scammed from this company by there customer service as did report this problem to them on the same delivery day, they continued just saying we are sorry, apologies, we know how this is frustrated ecc), they can’t even print the label return sì è a report this issue for more then 6 days, they said are having technical issues with label system, all this are just scamming system, starting from tomorrow we are escalating this matter to court to help and protect other customers from this scammer company, again do not trust them, good luck
