    MacBook turned up in excellent condition, I have no problem here. I was bit concerned with the packaging though. The only protection given to the highly delicate and extremely fragile device was a cardboard sleeve inner and box - it was very notably rattling around in the box when I received (not good). Could have definitely used some bubble wrap or packing foam. All is good, but could have gone very bad in transit. The laptop is fast, looks the part & has a wonderful display - excellent for doing uni work & emails.

    there's some scuffs, sticker damage too but other than that, the laptop is great and its performing at an amazing speed. Initially I wasn't going to buy fair quality but honestly, its so worth it as either way the MacBook would've shown signs of wear so there'd really be no difference.

    Ordered Excellent but unfortunately there are large scratches on the body of the MacBook Pro. Screen is flawless, system functions well, just disappointing we paid more for the higher quality and got sent a lower quality. Not worth the hassle of returning.
