    Really happy with the look of the laptop, practically looks brand new. Unfortunately, one of the ports usb c not working and with only 2 available- 1 being for charging laptop - it’s very disappointing. As traveling for 3 months, the time to return it is not an option. Just disappointing that it’s a simple check that should be part of the checks before sent out.

    Bad news before the good news, The packaging massively let the experience down, it came in a back market branded box (no original Mac box in sight even at excellent condition) the Mac was then slid into a cardboard slot which is integrated into the top of the cardboard box, no plastic or paper wrapping, just a naked Mac loosely held between two pieces of cardboard, you’d think when you pay such a price for these high end machines there would be some attention keeping the Mac safe The Mac itself was incredible! Received the spec I ordered and it was listed as excellent…one word…WOW! No signs of use at all, not even around the ports where they are prone to some form of contact rubbing/grazing! Even the feet at the bottom of the Mac were pristine! Seriously impressive, and that didn’t stop there, I was taken back when I saw battery capacity stating 100%!! Ended on a high after a lacking unboxing experience To note: not an official Mac charger in the box

    Thank you. All good but somethings I have not conquered re set-up and copying things over from existing MacBook Pro to the this Air to take travelling. Eg can I copy 'Vellum' over to new Mac? And how do I copy over email accounts without having to unravel passwords!! But none of that takes away from my satisfaction with the machine you have sent me. Thank you.
