    I bought Dell Latitude 3540 from backmarket two weeks ago. When I tried to charge it i found the charger pin was curve( The inside pin was not in its position). And I also noticed that some of screw was not fitted properly, this make me disappointed. How they refurbished it? It exceed my expectation totally. There were some scratch outside of the body this is not a major issue i think as a refurbished laptop. However the charger and screw issue make me really disappointed.

    I ordered a blue Haweip30 p30 and was given a date for delivery. The next day I was rung by a man who said the blue phone wasn't as they thought but could offer a, white one with a revised delivery date, early than the original date. The phone took longer than the estimated delivery. The phone is in very good condition and I'm happy with it even though it seems slower than my old phone. I would recommend blackmarket for reconditioned mobile phones based on mine.

    I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

    The only issue I have with it is that the TrackPoint button (red on keyboard) has made a mark with the pixels on the screen, which is only visible when the screen is dark. Other than that, it is perfect.

    The delivery was super fast, they estimated around like one week, but it came in 2 to 3 days (I'm living in the UK). Big kudos to the support team, I ordered the item at a wrong address (wrong postal code), and Issah from Customer Service reached me and fix the problem in no time.     100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

    The iPad came promptly and was well packaged. It was the model ordered but not the colour ordered. The power supply unit included was for a Samsung device but luckily we had other Apple products in the house already.
