    Laptop arrived as described and very quick and in very good condition. Only issue was still loaded with Outlook front login requirements and required to register with Microsoft if needed to continue. I did not want this and desired local login only. Also keyboard set up not UK. So I needed to wipe whole machine clean and load own Windows 11 Pro. After that all AOK so far. Would suggedt all machine completely wiped and then Windows only loaded and then ready for local login of any kind.

    So pleased with this laptop - bought as 'good' condition - all it has are 2 small scratches on the lid - the rest is perfect so great value. It was dispatched really quickly and arrived 2 days earlier than the estimate. It's a great upgrade from my old 2011 MacBook Pro - the display is excellent - really high quality. Getting used to the Touch Bar - it's a nice feature I think - just need to get used to it being there as an option. I would definitely buy from this company again - great value and quality machine.

    I've purchased items on Back Market 3 times in the past 12 months and I really like the user experience. Delivery is quick, it's easy to see what's happening to my order and the products have been in great condition and performed like new at a decent discounted price. A big plus for me too is that it feels great to be recycling rather than adding to the mountain of electronic waste. I would have liked to have had a little more in the part exchange offer for my old MacBook, but that's my only gripe. Will definitely use Back Market again for future purchases.

    I've given it 4/5 because I thought 3/5 would have been harsh as overall the laptop is fine, but issues have occurred. Setup initially went well, however the next day it failed to boot up with a BIOS problem. Re-booted a number of times and still got the same problem. Managed to get round this by re-installing Windows and the problem hasn't occurred since. The issue now though is every day when trying to start up, I get a Low Battery warning and the laptop switches itself off, even though there is plenty of juice in the battery. Take this morning for example, started the laptop up and got the Low Battery warning and it switched itself off. Once I put it on charge the laptop fired up, and the battery level was 94%. If you then take it off charge it works fine as there is plenty of charge. My concern is that a problem with the battery that will manifest in the not too distant future and I will have very little in the form of guarantees
