    I've had this for about a month now and it has been working fine. It has a good battery life (if you just use it as a watch it lasts several days, less obviously if you track a run with GPS). No issues syncing with my phone (also bought on here). It was marked as "good" condition but looks brand new. Only slight problem is that it appears Fitbits have different strap lengths and the one it came with is too long. But I still have the one from my old Fitbit (which died) so just using that. Very pleased.

    Arrived on time. In perfect condition, it looked like it had never been used, it could have passed as new. The only thing wrong was it was not the one I ordered. The graphics card was advertised as a 6gb model the one that arrived was just 4gb. Item returned and refunded. To the credit of the company there was no problems in returning or refunding. Just disappointed it was not as advertised

    In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

    Il start with the device, as far as that goes its very good and in excellent condition but in reality its what i would expect from a £300+ . Delivery, that's totally different, it was abysmal. I got a message to say it was out for delivery and it would be with me by 10:00 am I rearranged my calander so as to be in when it arrived, 12:00 midday i got a message to say it had been delivered, if it had it wasn't to me. I went on the couriers website to see if there was any further information and all I got was a map showing the delivery location (albeit the location was an area not an address) the location shown was over 60 miles away from my home. Trying to contact the courier was a waste of time they would only deals with the sender not the receiver, i couldnt contact the supplier because I didn't know who they were . Contacted BackMarket and opened a 'ticket' explaining what happened sent a picture of the map which showed the device location. 3 hours passed and I got a message could I check with neighbours to see if the device had been left with any of them, bearing in mind the device was shown to be 60 odd miles away, I replied had they actually read my original message. A few hours later I got the exact same message about contacting neighbours. At this point I was more than annoyed and irritated, the next day passed, and still no contact from BM regarding updates or explanation to what happened. The following day I got a message fro another courier to say the device would be delivered that day, as I couldn't be in I got the device to be sent to a pick up location but I would have to wait yet another day, but at least it did arrive there and I picked up. In the mean time while all this was going on I still had no updates from BM. The moral of this tale, everything is good so long as nothing goes wrong, because BM seem to be a waste of time if it does

    The seller sent the phone to the wrong address and then sent me a white phone when I had ordered a purple one. It took 10 days to resolve this and I was so glad to have a phone that I just accepted it. Customer service from Backmarket was massively varied. I had two great customer service agents who managed to find out what was going on and resolve the issue, but I also spoke to other customer service agents who clearly didn't read the notes on my case file and just restarted the process. It was really infuriating and the only reason I am not giving 1 star is because Deniz who finally resolved the issue for me was really great.
