    Honestly, although the machine is excellent (apart from a slightly deformed casing which means i cannot connect a HDMI cable in - which i am surprised you didn't pick up yourselves and repair) i was disappointed with your service. i had a delivery notification and tracking number but the tracking number was incorrect! If I remember correctly the shipping company was supposed to be TNT and when the day of delivery came and went and after trying to contact you and not getting a reply for over 24hours i eventually was informed that it was coming by royal mail! it eventually arrived by dpd! that is the short version there was many more frustrations on the way, and at one point i nearly involved the fraud police as there was no way to contact you and it looked like i had been scammed. i understand things dont always go to plan but communication is key and i really didn't get any until AFTER the machine was delivered LATE!
