    Still confused as to what happened but the seller and/or Backmarket somehow managed to assign the wrong shipping info to my order. Never received the laptop, order was cancelled, once I got in touch with the seller they didn’t have the laptop anymore so probably sent it to someone else in error or had already sold it but took my money anyway. Got my full refund, but would rather have had the laptop I spent ages researching and choosing. Bad experience all round, poor customer service, not reflective of previous experiences.

    First time used this company and has the worst experience in everything from the product to delivery time to customer service. Ordered an excellent condition product and after almost a week the company send my laptop to someone else in a different city and then after I chased them about that they asked me for bank statements, DL etc which is absolutely ridiculous because I don’t see a valid reason to provide my personal bank statements and DL, and after that the company shipped the product to my address without even informing me so the only way I came to know is when I had to chase them again. And when I finally got the product after like 10 days which would be similar time if I had to order the product from China, the company sent me a poor condition laptop which is not even worth £100 but the charged me £800 for an excellent one so I had to return the product again as the company offered me an absolute garbage ridiculous 10% for that garbage piece of shit laptop so I returned the laptop back to them and still waiting for this garbage company to refund my money. DONT USE THIS PIECE OF SHIT COMAPNY.

    Absolutely shocking experience! Item was not as described, received a completely different model, was in a very poor condition and arrived in a greasy residue. Raised a request for a return immediately and had to wait for a return label for days. Really poor experience unfortunately. Have used backmarket previously and had no issues, but this experience has put me off entirely.
