    Delivery took ages, only to get the complete wrong device - I ordered the 7 pro solar and received the 7X solar which was massive and of course an older model, I wasn’t contacted about the change or offered any compensation… furthermore the touchscreen on the device was completely unusable and unresponsive and the screen flickers. Really disappointing and I don’t think I will be buying from here again.

    The item sent out was utterly unfit for use - battery life was not even close to serviceable, and that should really have been obvious to the seller. Having said that, the returns process worked perfectly and there were no quibbles - but it did waste several days and meant that we had to take back and return a birthday present.

    This is a scam, I ordered a specific item and then the seller called me on Saturday to ask if I would accept a different model - that raised alarm bells straight away. Then the day it was due to be delivered there was another phone call where someone said to me that dhl couldn’t deliver it. The system says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. This looks like a very clever scam to me. On BackMarket it’s delivered but when I go to track it, it says signed by ‘mr’ but when you add in my postcode you can’t get delivery detail because the delivery details do not match . So it’s pretty clear then that the delivery address was different, so ‘something’ could have been sent ‘anywhere’ you then add that tracking to the order and it says delivered. Clever really. I have logged multiple tickets with BackMarket in the last 48 hours and not had a single response, which is really poor from a marketplace. I’m hoping now that this review triggers some action or I’ll be driving to the registered address of the seller and sorting it out. This is NOT ok.
