    The PC was fine but it arrived with a 8gb bar of RAM rather than 16gb advertised. I was offered £30 refund (instead of £80, which is the cost of a 8gb bar of RAM of that type) or to return the item. I had to accept the refund because I really needed the PC for work and waiting for days to be replaced was not an option for me, but I am not very happy, of course.

    In theory this should be a good monitor, but if you connect it to a modern windows PC over an HDMI cable, then you don't get full resolution. It appears that Dell have decided not to publish windows 11 drivers for that monitor, so full resolution is not available. The PC I was using also had a display port connector, so once I used that I got full resolution. To be clear, this is not a physical bandwidth limitation. I am currently using a more recent Dell monitor with that resolution on a Windows 11 laptop, and it works fine. This is poor after sales service from Dell. While I have not tested it, I strongly suspect that if I had connected the monitor to an Apple Mac, or Linux PC, it would have worked fine. The other issue to be aware of, is just how old this design is. Mine had a manufacturing date of Feb 2014 marked on it! On the plus side back then a 2560x1440 monitor would have been a really high end and expensive product, so much less corner cutting in the design and manufacturing, but on the down side, it is already 12 years old!

    Opened it up and it hadn't been air dusted inside (hairs and dust from previous use) which seems like a minimum for a "refurbished unit". But has run well and happy with the performance for the price.

    Almost looked unused, had many issues with delivery however so please be aware that everything must go perfect for you to recieve it such as you must be home, device runs pretty well just be aware the battery life is pretty short and playing any sorts of games will lag you out just a bit, a good casual phone to use before bed maybe

    The phone was delivered on time in good condition. Although it works well for most apps, I found it impossible to transfer data from my android phone to the Iphone 7, even with the help of a store technician. Additionally, the Iphone does not appear to install the Gmail app which caused me some frustration and wasted effort. Overall, however, I do like the phone.
