    The monitor itself was really good, still in pristine quality - happy with that purchase. The only missing star is because they only provide a DisplayPort cable and most laptops don't really have that so I need to buy an additional adapter for it. It's not as good quality with HDMI so that's also not helpful!

    The device works, but suffered minor damage en route, in the form of a broken cover for the Ethernet port. When we discovered this we had already spent a lot of time installing software and files on the machine, so did not want to return it, but hoped to be sent a spare part or attachment that would enable connection to Ethernet. Your agent could not help and said that our year's warranty was at risk if we didn't return the goods!

    After receiving this laptop it was dirty all over and around the keyboard, There was a label missing off the bottom with the sticky glue still on it and dirty, There were deep scratches around the logo and on the top casing, The sound device was faulty. (no sound). I paid extra to have an excellent quality laptop and the above does not seem excellent quality to me. I am waiting for my refund.
