    Good price for quality refurbished iPhone 14. Happy with Back Market service too! Much better than buying brand new. Chose a ‘Very Good’ level of refurbishment which is great. Barely a mark on the casing and screen is perfect. Fully functional. Only thing is - the battery was guaranteed to be ‘at least 85%’ of original charging capacity. And that’s what it is - 85% 🤷 (My wife’s new phone though from Back Market has a brilliant 98%!!!) Luck of the draw!

    This is my first time ordering a refurbished phone from Back Market. I was a bit hesitant, but everything has been amazing so far. Ordered a ‘Good’ rated iPhone on Sunday, Phones Direct shipped it on Monday, and it was delivered Tuesday. So VERY quick turnaround indeed. The condition was perfect, almost looks new. The only thing was that when I finally turned it on, the display wasn’t ‘recognised’ by Apple. Probably because Phones Direct replaced it. But so far it’s working perfectly, so I don’t really mind :) The 30-day return window made me feel confident to get a refurbished phone. So I would suggest trying it out.

I don’t normally buy from refurbished websites i normally buy straight from Apple but this phone works just as well. The phone came the next day and with NO scratches , dents or cracks in sight!!
