    As usual, this Backmarket phone has arrived perfectly as described and in excellent time. Communication was excellent all the way through. Instructions about clearing my previous phone and transferring the data were easy to follow. When I sent on my previous phone, it was acknowledged at every step; being scanned at the post office, being received at Backmarket, being inspected, passed and part ex funds released to me with a time frame for it to appear in my bank account. There was no point at which I was anxious. This is about the fifth time I have used this company and I will always come back for value and effectiveness.
