    I bought this Iphone 15 (it's great btw) to replace an iphone 12 mini, also purchased through back market - which was faulty and remained faulty after two returns. When the origional vendor tried to claim the device was out of warranty and refuse to refund of fix it, BackMarket stepped in, chased the issues for me and when the vendor failed again to refund, they did so. That level of diligent customer service is why I will always use back market for my future purchases.
