    The phone was supposed to be in excellent condition. However, the battery life on it makes it less than useless. It takes a few hours to charge and then the battery runs down in under an hour. Checking the setting the battery is at 75% of its original capacity which violates backmarket rules. Returning it. Also found the associated company online and they have a 1 star review on facebook and trust pilot. I would heavily advice not buying from them. When leaving reviews you have to give a star rating to backmarket. As the site works fine and delivery is good I imagine most people give this a high rating. This goes into the overall star rating of the order and thus skews the overall rating of the product. To be clear I would give the product 1 star due to the battery life. However my rating will come out higher as I have rated the site higher.
