    The phone arrived in two days flat, securely packaged, with a new charge cable and the paperclip tool for the SIM tray. Condition was very good, with just a couple of small scratches on the edge. Unfortunately there was no SIM tray. Luckily I was replacing an identical phone with a broken screen, so I just transferred the old tray to the new phone. So it wasn't too big a problem for me, but it seems like quite an oversight, sending out a phone with an empty SIM tray slot.
