    I was very disappointed that the phone heats up so much when in use - this happens so quickly. I have had various work I-phone models for over 20 years and never experienced this level of handset heating, so it was quite alarming. The battery drains very quickly - much, much faster than the same model I-phone I have from work; I only got the phone as I'm retiring so wanted my own phone and opted to get what I was familiar with. Also disappointed that any quality control checks before delivery did not pick-up the fact that the display does not show 'red' as a colour - instead everything that's supposed to be red is pink! I have tried everything suggested on-line at Back Market and nothing has improved the situation for me therefore, I have decided to return the handset as it was supposed to be in 'excellent condition'.
