    I ordered a Google pixel 7 pro and then sadly I guess it was bought just before I had made the purchase. I was told via email it was no longer available. Thought to sack it off for a bit but I just thought oh I'll have another look. Found a pixel 7 pro for 20 quid cheaper. The phone is big! The camera is extra amazing. I had a pixel 5. What a step up! Same great features really but for less than £200 I really cannot complain. Back market made sure the second phone I ordered was in my hands when the original purchase should have arrived as well; really great customer service in my opinion. I use these guys for lots of tech purchases now.

    Having checked to see if this website was a scamming website or not (it is not btw), i was eager to crack on and find myself a new (well refurbished) phone. I was screwed over by the battery issue with the Pixel 4a in late Jan, early Feb of 2025, so needed to get a new phone, well 3 actually as I had previously gotten the 4a for my mother and another for my wife, so all 3 phones are basically no use anymore. I had a scout around the website and found the Pixel 6's were a good fit for what i was looking for. A nice option the site gives, is to choose the quality of the refurb phones at different price points, so this was easy for me to decide on what to go for with the budget i had available. Placed the order and the phones turned up a few days later, all well packaged and as described. I was expecting the quality of the phones to be less than what I received tbh ( I chose excellent quality for all 3 phones) but all 3 turned up in immaculate condition, I found no Knicks, scratches, dents etc and all 3 looked like new handsets (your mileage may vary of course) but my experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. Cliché i know, but i`ll be sure to get my phones from here in the future as i never have a super up to date phone anyways, so there is no need to pay way over the odds for a new one, when you have options such as Back Market available that has so far delivered on what it advertises. Great work & thank you!
