    I ordered the Google Pixel 8 Pro. The condition was listed as *Good* and I'd say I'm more than happy with it. Very minimal scratches on the screen that are only visible when the screen is switched off anyhow. the delivery was prompt and came with the charging cable (but no adaptor, which is to be expected). This is my 2nd order from Back Market, the other one was an iPhone 13 Pro around a year ago for my wife. I would order from them again.

    Didn't expect the phone to be perfect? I Selected "good" condition when it was ordered, But was amazed to find it in "as new" condition when it arrived! So can't imagine what Excellent or premium is? Not a mark or blemish on it anywhere. Delivery was very quick and packaged in good strong box. Very Very good value. You would never know it was a refurbished phone.

    This was my first time buying from BackMarket and have been very pleased with the whole process. Order was delivered quickly and within a few days after being done on a Sunday. Device arrived as described and could not be happier with the purchase, there are some small marks on the screen and body of the phone but nothing you can see with a case and screen protector on.
